SIC Life Savings & Loans CEO Amma Frimpomaa Dwumah has endorsed another four well-deserved years for President Nana Akufo-Addo.

He justified that Nana Akufo-Addo, under the PNP government, has created a complete value chain that gives hope to young people, especially girls in Ghana.

According to her, the president has worked strategically to close all gaps in the development of Ghanaian youth, hence the need to renew his mandate.

Ms. Dwumah headed to the Hope Campaign Round 2 Virtual Rally held online over the weekend. The event was organized by the NPP Hope Campaign team, which is the first of its kind among a couple of others to be organized in the coming weeks.

He reminded Ghanaians that Nana Akufo-Addo is a service leader committed to the progress of Ghana, adding that in Akufo-Addo “we have a member of the older generation interested in protecting the younger generation with a proven track record, in who we can trust to deliver. “

He called on Ghanaians, and more especially young people, to vote en masse for Nana Addo and the NPP government to protect this progress while working to transform Ghana.

“The decision we have to make in 87 days is a choice between two contrasting visions. The choice for Ghanaian youth is between 4 More to do More by Nana Akufo-Addo and 4 More to correct mistakes by John Dramani. The 2020 elections offer Ghanaians a straightforward choice between progress and lag, as it is a choice between 4 more years of a strengthened economy capable of creating opportunities for young people against 4 years of John Mahama telling Ghanaians to he is not a magician to put money. our pockets, ”he said.

“Now, with all this, what the PNP is asking the youth of Ghana is 4 more to do more of this. 4 More to create a smooth transition from free SHS to tertiary education by eliminating the guarantor system on loan applications; once again, ensuring that poverty is no longer a barrier. 4 More to expand and improve the free SHS by eliminating Double track through sustained infrastructure development and fine-tuning policy; 4 More to complete the 232 factories and establish new ones; 4 More to expand NEIP to reach more entrepreneurs 4 More to improve in Plantation for food and jobs and Plantation for export and rural development to be truly prepared to serve factories and 4 More more to protect the subsidy of teachers and nurses ”.

Referring to the NABCO program, he said that those who had already overcome the rigors of formal education but were victims of John Mahama’s unemployment epidemic have enjoyed NABCO.

The NABCO now serves as a gap / transition to absorb and give you some relief. At the same time, providing them with the work experience necessary to improve their chances of landing jobs in the future.

He said the president has embarked on a massive industrialization campaign that resulted in the creation and renovation of 232 factories in districts across the country with around 76 operations and the creation of thousands of jobs.

“This development will automatically absorb the young graduates into permanent formal employment. Young people from the informal sector now have the opportunity to be productive within the framework of Sowing for Food and Employment as well as Sowing for Export and Rural Development that provides the raw material for Factories and serves as the basis for sustainability and survival. . factories. In addition, it provides employment to rural youth, helping to stem the tide of rural youth who are concentrated in urban centers without means of subsistence ”, he emphasized.

She continued: “The child who until now was not likely to progress beyond basic school and with a high probability of remaining inactive and unemployed has received free SHS, the most important youth development policy since the founding of modern Ghana. This ensures that all young people in Ghana have the minimum level of formal education that will equip them with the necessary skills for the future. Currently, more than 1.2 million children have gone through the free SHS / free TVET without any barrier to keep them at home.

Amma Frimpomaa further postulated that the young man who had managed to start a business or had a business idea and was struggling to grow has received some hope with the introduction of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program which has so far provided funds for several young people. entrepreneurs with more than 20,000 trained through the National Initiative for Business Training.

“For that young woman who has been running that small business and corner business but saw its progress destabilized by COVID-19, Nana Akufo-Addo has introduced the ‘Adom Microloan’ through the NBSSI Coronavirus Relief Program and the Commercial Support. If you critically evaluate the government of Nana Akufo-Addo, you would realize that the policies affect all segments of the youth in Ghana. Teens receive free SHS and free TVET, the unemployed are supported to gain the necessary experience and still earn income under NABCO, factories are being built to absorb our young and restless graduates, funds are being put in to support the youth Entrepreneurs and those of us who are in small-scale businesses, those who were already in the informal sector have been given the opportunity to operate within the agricultural sector to serve as a machine room for industries ”, he concluded.

Other speakers at the meeting were Sammi Awuku, national organizer of the ruling NPP, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Minister of Information and deputy of Ofoase Ayirebi, Sheila Bartels, parliamentary candidate of Ablekumaj North and Akosua Manu (Kozie), executive vice president of the National. Youth Authority.
