Ghana’s High Commissioner in South Africa, George Ayisi-Boateng, has projected a 62 percent victory for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in next month’s elections.
His projection is based on what he describes as tangible government-led developments in the Ashanti region.
In addition, he claimed that the Ashanti region has benefited greatly from government policies and developments, which is why the December 7 elections will be a ‘Thanksgiving election for President Akuffo Addo’.
He was speaking on Akoma FM’s morning show, GhanAkoma, on Monday, November 9.
The Ghanaian High Commissioner in South Africa compared the return of former President John Mahama to that of Jesus Christ and said that Jesus Christ will be more destructive at his second coming than his birth, which was to save humanity.
Mr. Ayisi-Boateng, therefore, admonished Ghanaians to “totally reject the second coming of former President John Mahama because his return will be more destructive than the second coming of Jesus Christ.”
He called on the Ghanaians to reject NDC and John Mahama to ensure that Nana Akufo-Addo has another four years to do more for the Ashanti region and the Ghanaians, by extension, in terms of infrastructure development and good policies to improve the standard of living.
