Madagascar has reportedly found a functional cure for the coronavirus

The Kwame Nkrumah Ideological Institute (KNII) has asked the African Union to support Madagascar in marketing its newly discovered cure for COVID-19.
“We urge the African Union, through its Continental Free Trade Area Commission, to take advantage of the golden opportunity and to encourage all African countries to coordinate with the government of Madagascar, to evaluate and order large quantities of the product, to treat the disease in their respective countries. ”
A statement issued by Dr. Benjamin Anyagre, KNII Executive Director and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said such a move was expected to increase Madagascar’s export earnings, enhance the research capabilities of the pharmaceutical company. and increase Madagascar’s potential by becoming a powerhouse of traditional African medicine with products that could rival similar ones elsewhere.
“Most importantly, however, this initiative will launch continental free trade, which could make other African products benefit from it. This would improve the lives of Africans and make them understand and believe more deeply in power. of the efforts made by the Unit, “said the statement.
He also called on African governments, civil society, business and capable individuals to join the crusade to make Madagascar the first beneficiary of a possible African economic renaissance.
The launch described Madagascar’s innovation as an opportunity for Africans to demonstrate how much they believed in themselves.
“Let’s not lose it as a contribution to the 2063 AGENDA. A goal for united Africa,” the statement said.
A video conference meeting led by Andry Rajoelina, President of Madagascar, was held among 10 African leaders to discuss the efficacy of COVID Organic Medicine (CVO), developed by Madagascar in treating patients with COVID-19.
