The National Steering Committee of the ruling nuclear power plant has nominated the following people to lead the party in the 8th parliament.
Below are the recommendations of the PNP Steering Committee:
– Leader of the majority maintains his position.
– Alexander Afenyo Markin as Deputy Majority Leader
– Annor Dompreh (Nsawam Adoagyiri MP) as Chief Whip
– Ophelia Mensah Hayford, MP for Mfansiman
– Habib Iddrisu, Whip Deputy Chief

Mike ocquaye
However, a source told Starr News that the president endorses current speaker Mike Ocquaye Snr to continue as a speaker.
Starr News sources also say that the president will appoint a maximum of 80 ministers and that all ministers who lost their positions will not be considered for appointments.
The national council is expected to meet next week to confirm the list.
