The victim of the Ayeduase road rage on Tuesday, the late Kwame Amoah, has been described by his wife as a man of peace.

Vida Ofori, the victim’s wife, in an interview with Adom News, said that her husband’s love for peace was what led to his passing.

Narrating her side of the story, Miss Ofori said that after Sampson Azabanga shot her husband three times in the stomach, she confronted him and asked why he had shot her husband.

However, as she clung to his shirt in the confrontation, she decided to let go of him, fearing that he would shoot her too.

Meanwhile, her husband lay on the side of the road in a pool of blood.

According to Vida, Amoah, 52, was well known in the Ayeduase community as a pacifist.

Unfortunately, his love of peace led to his disappearance when he was shot after he intervened to resolve a dispute between two drivers.

The widow suspects that her husband had intervened because the other driver was a member of the church.

However, the suspect’s sister also refutes police claims that her brother shot himself.

He said a video obtained by the family revealed that the police allegedly shot his brother.
