Ghanaian musician Obrafour sued Ayisha Modi, Deloris Frimpong-Manso Delay and the producers of the Delay Show for a false comment Ayisha made about him.
Recall that a few months ago, Ayisha appeared on the Delay Show claiming to have invested $ 45,000 in Obrafour’s ‘Kasiebo’ project without receiving a penny.
This problem caused the veteran Ghanaian musician and rapper hiplife to react and he threatened to sue Ayisha Modi.
In a previous statement issued by Obrafour through its management team, Execution Entertainment, it stated that its hit single ‘Kasiebo’ was a song from the album ‘Asem beba dabi’.
They also revealed that the song was produced by Big Ben Music Productions, adding that everything Ayisha Modi said was nothing more than outright lies.
Well, it seems that Obrafour originally known as Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko has taken things a bit higher; thus seeking redress from the court after Ayisha Modi failed to comply with Obrafour’s earlier warnings.
In a subpoena, Obrafour demands a retraction and an apology from Ayisha Modi, the host and producer of the Delay Show. He demanded that they be published in the Graphic Journal.
He is seeking GHS 800,000 if Ayisha Modi, Delay and the producers of the Delay Show refuse to retract and publish it in the Daily Graphic Newspaper as stated.
