“Doing the same thing over and over again without success and expecting different results is the definition of insanity,” said Convention People’s Party (CPP) standard-bearer Ivor Kobina Greenstreet.

For once, he appealed to Ghanaians under the Fourth Republic to give the CCP a chance to rule Ghana by voting en masse for the party in the December 7 general election.

Speaking at the launch of the CPP Manifesto on Friday, Greenstreet stated that giving the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the larger opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) a chance to rule Ghana again will be irrational.

“The depth of the national crisis that the P / NDC and NPP have plunged us into demands that the good people of Ghana pluck up the courage and shock them on December 7.”

“Some people say that trying the same thing over and over again without success and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. We have tested the NPP and the NDC seven times since 1992 and neither party has lived up to our most reasonable expectations let alone their grand policies. It will be irrational to try again with the NDC or the NPP, ”added Greenstreet.
