The Hiplife Mzbel artist apologized to former UT Bank chief Prince Kofi Amoabeng for always dragging his name into their controversies.
Mzbel and Mr. Amoabeng dated a few years ago and, for years, it was rumored that he was the father of their child. Although they are no longer together, people still put her name on her whenever she gets into trouble.
And on Saturday October 10, when he appeared in UTVis United Showbiz, Mzbel said he was sorry that his name was dragged through the mud.
“I want to apologize to Kofi Amoabeng for always dragging his name into any controversy that involves me. The man is innocent, but it is very unfortunate that every time a problem arises about me, his name appears, ”he said.
According to Mzbel, whose real name is Belinda Nana Akua Amoah, his level of education is low, but he has been able to learn a lot from Mr. Amoabeng and he and his family did not deserve to be treated so badly.
Afia Schwarzenegger fight
On the show, Mzbel also addressed his ongoing feud with media personality Afia Schwarzenegger. The two, who used to be friends, have had a fight and have since traded picks and put each other’s secrets in the public domain.
The last of their fight was last week, when Afia Schwarzenegger made some allegations, including claims that their friendship ended when Mzbel slept with her boyfriend, which the artist denied in a Facebook Live video.
Addressing the scandal on Saturday night, Mzbel revealed that he had summoned Afia Schwarzenegger to the traditional court in James Town in Accra and they will handle the matter.

She said that the traditional authorities will write to her and if she does not respond they will arrest her because the traditional court works with the police.
“At the slightest opportunity, Afia Schwarzenegger wants to taint my name. He slanders me on the radio and even on his social media pages. I chose the traditional court because there you cannot lie because you will have to swear, ”he said.
Mzbel also explained that the court will make Afia Schwarzenegger answer certain accusations she made against him and that if she lies, justice will be done immediately.
