The new head coach of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Bernhard Lippert, will be in charge of the upcoming Black Stars friendlies.
The German arrived at the Black Stars camp in Antalya for the matches against Mali and Qatar.
It is his first assignment after his appointment by the GFA on Monday night. After the games, she will fly to Ghana to continue her work.
Bernhard, a FIFA expert in coaching and training, has already met with the Black Stars Technical Team, led by coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor.
He is expected to meet the GFA leadership in Antalya for the first time, fellowship and discuss, among others, his vision of Ghana football.
Later he will be introduced to the players, the Management Committee and the backroom staff of the senior team.
Mr. Lippert will formulate guidelines, strategies and policies for the training and technical development of coaches in Ghana.
He has also been entrusted with the task of advising the Executive Council on matters of training and technical development in general, and the supervision of the coaches of national soccer teams, to which the Association may assign the Technical Director.
