Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey arrived in London to complete his move to Arsenal after the English Premier League paid a whopping £ 45 million to take over the Ghanaian midfielder from Atlético Madrid, Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Partey arrived in London in the late hours of the day to complete his transfer just in time before the transfer window closes.

Ghanasoccernet.com sources close to the settlement agents say he is currently undergoing a second part of his mandatory medical exam at Colney before signing.

This comes after the Ghanaian star underwent a previous medical examination in the Spanish capital on Monday afternoon before flying in the private jet to London to seal the deal.

The Ghanaian is expected to sign a four-year contract in the Emirates and has been one of Michael Arteta’s main targets.

Until this morning, Atlético had insisted that the Ghanaian stay, but all that has changed since Arsenal informed them that they would comply with their termination clause.

His current contract would expire in 2023 with the Spanish club in hopes of getting him to extend it.
