Danish First Division team HB Køge have officially announced that they have signed forward Victoria Adebayor in the summer transfer window.
On Saturday, Ghana’s Premier League Inter Allies Football Club revealed that the Nigerian international has sealed his transfer to the Danish club to reinforce its squad.
A statement from HB Køge’s club today confirmed the signing of the lethal striker who has been winning for a move abroad.
“In no time, you can experience one of the most exciting players from Africa on grass in the Danish 1st Division. As a forward at HB Køge.
“This is Victoria Adebayor, 23 years old. HB Køge does not want to disclose details in the agreement, but measured in financial terms, the club describes the purchase of Adebayor as “the most offensive exchange” in the club’s history, “an official club statement said today.
Last season, Victoria Adebayor made 13 appearances for Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League, where she finished as the top scorer with 12 goals at the time the campaign was canceled as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
