Arsenal will face the Irish minnows Dundalk after being paired in the group stage of the Europa League.
Mikel Arteta’s men were among the top seeds and quickly moved into Group B, having obtained a direct passage to the group stage after their success in the FA Cup last season.
There they will face the Irish team, in their first group stage appearance in Europe, as well as Rapid Vienna and Molde, in what is a good draw for the Gunners.
Tottenham, who booked their place in the Europa League group stage with a resounding 7-2 win over Maccabi Haifa in their playoff on Thursday night, were also among the top seeds.
And José Mourinho, a two-time winner of this competition, saw his team placed in Group J alongside Qarabag, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Sivasspor.
Celtic were also a first seed, with Neil Lennon’s men placed in Group H.
But they have been given a nightmare draw, with AC Milan, Sparta Prague and the most dangerous of the fourth-seeded, French Lille.
Leicester head to Group G to face Braga, AEK Athens and Zorya Luhansk, while the Rangers move into Group D where they will face off Benfica, Standard Liege and Lech Poznan.
