Ghanaian gospel act Joe Mettle has refuted claims that his newly married wife is heavily pregnant and his decision to marry her was necessitated by an unplanned pregnancy.
After Joe Mettle married Salomey Selassie Dzisah on August 15, 2020, there have been pockets of rumors suggesting that his wife became pregnant, forcing him to put the marriage together.
In an exclusive interview with Blogger Zionfelix, Joe Mettle said the rumor is a blatant falsehood and that his lovely wife was and is not pregnant yet.
“I don’t know where that comes from, but it’s one of those things, you know me better if there was even a comment like that, you won’t hear it from me. But they are the ones who say it but I don’t know“.

Joe Mettle emphasized the fact that his wife is not the type who likes to be in public or attract unwanted attention. He added that the family is private and they keep it as such.
“I am the one who has my life out there, she is a private person and it will be like that.
“She makes the decision if she wants to be there or not. And it is private and it has to be private, the family is private, the family is not public. It’s the music, the music is public but the family is private” he said.
