Ghanaian actor James Gardiner has revealed that he advised himself to venture into film work because of the opportunity to kiss women freely.
He indicated that his dream of making acting his own was realized during his first audition for a role with Young Father Production.

He explained that he met a beautiful lady in the middle of the cast during the audition and was asked to perform a romantic scene.
According to him, he asked the director if he could kiss the lady, he said yes, after he was granted access he told himself that he had to take that job seriously because he was going to have the opportunity to kiss women for free .
Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana on his popular show “Atuu,” James emphasized that he told himself that he would be a fool if he did not take the job as a filmmaker.

He stressed that he enjoyed the look of kissing in movies and the best thing about his kiss scene was that of the Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh.
