Naa Dedei Botchwey, representative of the Greater Accra region, was crowned on Sunday, September 20, 2020, as the 2020 TV3 winner From Ghana More beautiful beauty talent show. Naa, she beat her five contenders to win the maximum; a new vehicle, enviable crown and check for ¢ 10,000 GH as a cash prize and sponsor souvenirs.
The organizers of the show had to be creative to ensure the event did not lose its glitz and glamor as it was held under strict Covid-19 protocols. The event took place inside TV3’s Studio B with a live broadcast at the Executive Theater and the station’s entrance to allow audience participation in the program.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including the Minister of Tourism, Art and Culture, H.E. Barbara Oteng Gyasi, CEO of Media General Group, Beatrice Agyeman Abbey, Winfred Kingsley Afful, COO of Media General Group, Francis Doku, CEO of Media General Television, and Daniel Amartey-Amarh, CEO of Media General Commercial
Abena from the Ahafo Region was second, Kafui from the Volta Region came in third, while Zuzu from the North Region was fourth. Talata from the Upper East region and Afriyie from the central region were fifth and sixth, respectively.
