Nana Adu Kwame II took the opportunity to call on women in the area to vote en masse for John Mahama for selecting a woman as his running mate and stated that Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman would be the next Vice President in Ghana after of the December 7 elections.
He also applauded women for continuing to help men.

He praised John Mahama and Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah for promising to improve the Asasetre market to modern status.
“John Mahama and Armah Buah have said that if they come to power they will build an ultra-modern market for women in Asasetre because what you’re in right now, every time it rains, it hits you, so if someone comes to build a new one for you, what should you do for the person, you vote for the person “.
He also commended Mr. John Mahama for doing so much in the Ellembelle district than any president.
He said it was John Mahama who built the Atuabo Ghana gas processing plant, built the Agona Nkwanta to Elubo road and the All Bokazo oil enclave to Atuabo road.
He added that it was John Mahama and Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah who first built the CHP complexes in the Ellembelle district, from which his community also benefited.

On behalf of the East Nzema Traditional Council, Nana Adu Kwame II seized the opportunity and appealed to Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman to contact John Mahama to build the backward Atuabo Freeport when he was chosen to create jobs for Young.
“I was the one who made the libation for the beginning of the Atuabo Free Port, so we are appealing that when John Mahama comes to power he builds the Atuabo Free Port for us so that young people have work to do,” he urged.
For her part, Vice President Candidate Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman thanked the Chiefs and the people of the Asasetre enclave for welcoming her in her number.
Therefore, he promised that the next NDC government would build an ultra-modern market complex for the good people of Asasetre and its surroundings.
He also advised them against the policy of insults and to continue living in peace and harmony.
