Railroad Development Minister Joe Ghartey has been honored by the Railroad Ladies Association (RLA) in a colorful ceremony.
The association described the worker minister as a “visionary comrade seeking the betterment of Ghana Railway Company Limited” on a quote.
He was also decorated with a robe and the leadership of the association prayed for him.
“God grant you the strength of the heart, the perfect health of the motives and the will to do your part until your purpose is fulfilled, do not hesitate.” The quote said
Joe Ghartey, who is also a member of parliament for the Essikado / Ketan constituency in the western region, thanked the association and the rail workers in general for all their support over the past three years.
“I would not have had all these successes without your support.” He said
