Qatar’s top-flight club Al Kharaitiyat has completed the loan of young Ghanaian Evans Mensah in the current summer transfer window, Modernghana Sports reports.
The highly skilled forward was signed by Qatari team Al Duhail SC last year on the back of their explosive display at the CAF U-23 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Egypt, where he played for the Ghana national team.
Later it will be loaned by the Portuguese Portimonense. After what can be described as uneventful, Evans Mensah has returned to Al Duhail SC and has now been cast in a spell similar to Al Kharaitiyat for the next year.
The newly promoted club is determined to excel and maintain its top flight status at the end of the 2020/2021 Qatari Stars League season.
They believe that the addition of Evans Mensah gives them a massive boost to the team and thus the decision to secure their services on a one-season loan.
22-year-old Evans Mensah has played in the past for clubs like HJK Helsinki and Inter Allies FC.
