Sarkodie, for the past two weeks, has been heavily criticized on the internet following a bogus UN-Kofi Annan award he received from Dr. UN.
On Friday, August 28, Dr. UN managed to bring together dignitaries and public figures from different sectors and presented them with fake awards.
In show business alone, he managed to give Sarkodie, Berla Mundi, D-Black, DJ Black and Nathaniel Attoh fake awards and plaques made from substandard products.
After Ghanaian social media users investigated the award and realized it was fake, Sarkodie responded on Twitter saying: “By the suit, we will meet them.” Furthermore, he expressed his disappointment with Dr. UN and even reacted to some D-Black trolls.

But now, he’s gone a bit further, and this could be his last answer to the entire saga.
On “Gimme Way,” he broached the subject, saying that he regrets spending his time with Dr. UN instead of his wife Tracy Addo.
He described the compliment he received as “empty bottle” and also threatened to hit him when they crossed paths (it was a joke).
