A High Court judge, Sulemana Issifu, has seized Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP) Kennedy Agyapong for his recent attacks on the judiciary.

It describes the legislator’s conduct as illegal, which is worse than that of the infamous Montie 3.

Mr. Kennedy Agyapong has called a judge’s decision to grant an injunction against him “stupid” without performing any due diligence.

The deputy said that he has a revenge against the country’s judges who abuse their power in the performance of their duty.

Speaking on Net 2 TV’s Seat Show on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, Agyapong said that his apparent anger at such judges stems from the unfounded issuance of court injunctions, especially when it comes to land dispute adjudications.

“Listen to the reason I’m angry. The lawyer wrote the matter on August 5 and the judge scheduled the appearance for August 13. I didn’t get anything from them; then, on September 1, he issued a court order on the property. You are a stupid judge; I will face you. You are a stupid judge. 18 years that I have the land that nobody served me and then they call me and tell me that a court order has been placed. You are a stupid judge, ”he declared.

He added, “Do you think I’m afraid of someone? I’m not like Anas who takes a bribe from you. I’ll take care of you … no one served me anything. I didn’t know what was happening. Then all of a sudden you say that I shouldn’t go to earth. You are a judge animal. “

But the judge who has since petitioned the Chief Justice on the matter said: “Your Honor, that Mr. Agyapong’s conduct is more serious in scope and impact than the infamous ‘Montie 3’. This is due to the influence it exerts and the coverage of the channel in which it made these dangerous comments compared to the ‘Montie 3’ in these aspects ”.
