Arturo Vidal has started negotiations with Barcelona regarding the termination of his contract with them, according to a report by a journalist from the Italian network Sky Sport Italia and an expert in the transfer market Gianluca Di Marzio.
Barcelona’s new manager, Ronald Koeman, has told Vidal that he is not in his plans and that negotiations for Vidal to leave the club by terminating the contract are underway.
The Chilean national team player could well end up at Inter if he manages to terminate his contract with Barcelona with the report that Vidal and Inter are already in talks about a contract.
Vidal has been linked to a possible move to Inter since Antonio Conte took over Inter in the summer of 2019 and it looks like Conte will finally get his man.
During the 2019/20 season, the 33-year-old made 43 appearances in all competitions, in which he scored eight goals and provided three assists.
