With the sudden appearance of a new generation of musical talents in Ghana’s vibrant music scene, the gospel fraternity has had its fair share with the introduction of the skilled and anointed minstrel Queendalyn Yurglee.

With its nomination for the unrecognized category of VGMA, it is anticipated to be one of Ghana’s incoming global music exports. Queendalyn draws her style, passion, and effectiveness from her vast experience in ministry.

He has been privileged to have worked at one point in his life with the father of contemporary gospel from Nigeria, Sammie Okposo, Sonnie Badu from Ghana.

Following her discovery by Tim Godfrey of Nigeria, she has risen through the ranks of the worship ministry to become, at some point, the front-line worshiper of the global gospel music giant Hillsong.

Faced with a new normal in which everyone is preparing to get vaccinated against COVID-19, Queendalyn Yurglee throws a metaphorical point of view into the entire narrative.

Just as a vaccine is needed for a sick world, so is Queendalyn’s art and songs for the not-so-vibrant contemporary gospel music scene, especially when it comes to the female wing.

She debuts on the scene today with a new single dubbed ‘Jesus’, which is sure to break through limitations and announce her to a global audience.

The single that comes with exotic imagery filmed in the scenic land of Dubai transcends global standards and is sure to put Ghanaian gospel music on the map.

In his words, he expresses, “Jesus is the vaccine that the world needs and because He lives in me, it is my duty to heal this sick world through the songs with which He blesses me.”

Queendalyn Yurglee is just the beginning of a global acquisition and Ghana Gospel’s ticket to the international market!
