The approval of Ken Ofori-Atta as Minister of Finance by Parliament by voice vote today March 29 has received mixed reactions from users of social networks.
While some users praise and congratulate the Finance Minister, who has not yet been sworn in, on his appointment, another party has expressed concern about why the NDC Caucus seconded his approval after raising concerns.
However, members of the Minority have refused to comment on the aforementioned issue after the opposition party, through a statement signed by Secretary General Johnson Asiedu Nketia, urged members to be prudent in their statements.
Here are some comments from social media:
The NDC will send Isaac Adongo to call Ken Ofori-Atta with all kinds of names … Piccadilly whatever … If everything Adongo has been saying is true and Ken Ofori-Atta is bad news for the country So why did the NDC caucus approve Ken at the end of the background check?

I like Haruna Idrissu as a politician, but her comment at the house after Ken ofori Atta’s approval was supposed to accomplish exactly what?
