“I chose to celebrate Table Tennis Day this year with the people of the Eastern Region because that is where I started my career and I would like to share the benefits and opportunities of table tennis with the people there,” he said.

He added that playing table tennis has offered him huge opportunities both locally and internationally despite the challenges.

“Through table tennis, I have been able to gain admission to study at the University of Cape Coast, play for the national team in local and international competitions and also traveled all over the world. So I will always be grateful for playing table tennis. table. “, Hilda expressed.

However, he encouraged young people to keep working hard to achieve their goal and dissuade them from some social vices.

“I want to advise young people, especially those in New Juaben, not to get involved in immoral activities, but to focus on education and sports because it is key to helping each individual reach greater heights,” he advised.

Hilda again expressed her gratitude for the support in celebrating this year’s event.
