Manchester United’s arrival in January, Amad Diallo, has been added to the club’s roster to face West Ham United on Tuesday.

United will face West Ham on Tuesday night in the FA Cup fifth round at Old Trafford. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has included Diallo in the Red Devils squad that will face the Hammers after the youngster has been training with the first team. He has appeared in the club’s Under-23s, scoring three goals and three assists in just two appearances.

Diallo, who joined the Red Devils in January from Atalanta, was spotted with the rest of the senior team at the Lowry Hotel before the game, suggesting he might be in line to participate in some way.

Amad is expected to start the match on the bench, but if all goes according to plan, Solskjaer may look to give him a few minutes before the final whistle sounds.

“We don’t really think of it as an FA Cup or a league, we just have to take one game at a time and refresh the team a bit, and then [we’re] ready to go, “Solskjaer told the club’s official website.

“We are delighted to have games at home. [It’s] fewer trips. We did well to beat Watford and Liverpool in the previous two rounds and of course we want to go one step further. “

“[West Ham] it has been impressive. Of course, we watch them closely with Jesse. [Lingard] going there, and we were so glad it started the way it did. But we felt it when we played with them in London a few months ago, which is a team that is really improving under David’s training and you can see an organized team, a physical team. So we know what we’re up against. “
