The Swedish international opened the scoring in the 67th minute with a free kick.
Less than a minute later, she shot the keeper to double Madrid’s lead, before a close-range shot saw her complete her hat trick in the 70th minute.
Early in the game, Asllani, who had previously played for Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City, was also ruled out somewhat in the first half for offside.
She completed a hectic afternoon when she was substituted in the 88th minute, after being hit in the face by a ball that bounced off the wood.
The hat trick is among the fastest scored in both men’s and women’s professional soccer.
Brazil’s World Cup winner Bebeto scored the fastest hat trick ever in the Spanish men’s First Division, scoring three goals in four minutes for Deportivo de La Coruña against Albacete in 1995.
Forward Bafetimbi Gomis scored the fastest hat-trick in men’s Champions League history, in eight minutes for Lyon against Dinamo Zagreb in December 2011.
Real Madrid Femenino is second in the Primera Iberdrola table, eight points behind rival Barcelona, which has two fewer games.
The team was officially formed last July, after the club acquired Madrid-based CD Tacon.
Asllani, 31, scored the first goal in team history in a 1-1 draw with Valencia in October.
