United have been fighting to keep Gomes for a year now. His contract expires this summer, and it looks like he will now be leaving Old Trafford.

United’s offer of a new deal worth £ 30,000-a-week has been snubbed, and Gomes seemingly believes he will play more first-team football at Chelsea.
Born in London, the 19-year-old will seemingly return home after just 10 first-team appearances for United. He’s been a Red Devil since the age of six, but he’s now set to move on.
Arsenal will be disappointed to miss out, especially to a London rival, and must now go back to the drawing board.
