Dear John Mahama,
You didn’t make Ghana a paradise that somehow became a desolate land for Akufo-Addo in the last four years.
Your reign was characterized by incalculable difficulties, hopelessness and melancholy so that you behave as if you were the best thing that ever happened to Ghana.
The world will not end if he does not become president again because he is neither Jesus Christ nor the same God.
You cannot demand a rescue from the country with these orchestrated fires in the markets that are causing pain and anguish to these innocent and unsuspecting women who practice their trade in these markets.
His adoption of the Arab Spring, which is aimed at torpedoing the Akufo-Addo administration, would be nothing, since we live under the rule of law and not the rule of men.
Atta Mills won the 2008 election with 40,000 and that was fine for you, he won the 2012 election with a 320,000 vote margin and he agreed with you, despite the electoral petition. Akufo-Addo won the 2020 elections with more than 500,000 and you say the world must come to an end because of that?
Ghanaians don’t owe you anything. Stop living with the illusion that you won the election. Where are your numbers? Challenge the results in court if you think you won.
Clearly, you are suffering from delusions of grandeur, which is why you behave the way you are.
Somehow, you believe that the world would come to an end if you are not declared the winner of the 2020 elections. Let it end because you will not be declared the winner in an election that you never won.
Go find the literary work Gentlemen of the Jungle by Jomo Kenyatta and read it and associate yourself with the villainous character it contains. You are exhibiting the same traits captured in that world.
You can choose to remain on the streets for the next four years, your insatiable appetite for power that the people did not give you would continue to be a mirage.
Ghanaians voted for His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and that is exactly what the EC declared. If you have figures to the contrary, go to the Supreme Court with the same and stop polluting our streets with these useless and unnecessary protests!
