Asante Kotoko’s player, Maxwell Konadu, has said that his team has learned many lessons from their defeat in the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Grand Olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors received their first loss of the season to Great Olympics and head coach Maxwell Konadu after the loss says they have learned lessons from the game and will be working on a lot in the coming games.
He admitted that the game was difficult and that they performed poorly in the first half before coming in a little stronger in the second half.
“It was a difficult match. The first part we didn’t look good, but we got to the second part and we started doing the basics. We have learned lessons from this and we will work on them, ”he said at the post-match conference.
The team led by Konadu has now won a game of four in the topflight league this season.
Asante Kotoko will travel to Dawu to play Dreams Football Club before embarking on his journey to the CAF Champions League to play Al Hilal at the Accra Sports Stadium.
