It’s fair to say that Eden Hazard’s career at Real Madrid hasn’t started until the beginning he or the club envisioned.
The Belgian signed for a lot of money in the summer of 2019, but has seen his progress paralyzed by successive injuries.
However, according to a report from Marca, Hazard is said to be gaining positivity and motivation in recent days to turn things around at the Santiago Bernabéu and succeed.
Hazard knows he has to give more and that a lot was expected of him when he appeared before 50,000 fans at the Bernabéu last summer.
Hazard has to recover from the muscle problem that last knocked him out and regain confidence in his physique. It is said that he works to achieve it day by day and is closer to returning than previously thought.
His teammates are said to appreciate and respect him, while his coach Zinedine Zidane has full faith in him. The Frenchman has no intention of rushing his load prematurely and potentially causing further damage.
A return to action for the first team is not believed to be imminent, but it is not far off either. Hazard and Madrid need him to have a bigger impact when he finally does.
