Although many shows have had to be canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, rapper Sarkodie has vowed to help fans end the year with a bang.
Sarkodie will host their annual Rapper concernt on December 25, 2020.
In a promo for the show, the ‘Happy Day’ hitmaker said he had wanted to cancel the 2020 edition of the show due to the effect of the pandemic on lives.
However, he revealed that his team had convinced him to host the show with all the Covid-19 security protocols in place.
“We can’t do the Rapperholic everyone knows, so we’re going to take every precaution, slash the numbers and focus more on the virtual,” Sarkodie said at the show’s launch.
Unlike previous events where seating was not spaced, Sarkodie revealed that the seating plan for this year’s concert would strictly adhere to social distancing protocols to ensure the safety of her fans.
Another team, he added, will be in charge of the online transmission of the program so that it reaches the audience at home.
“It’s going to be fun,” Sarkodie said.
