Prediction time!
Former Manchester United forwards Dimitar Berbatov and Michael Owen have made their predictions for the derby.
Despite having played for United, they are both backing a Manchester City win, with Owen hoping for both teams to score and Berbatov predicting a 2-1 scoreline.
Speaking to Bet Victor, Owen said: “With Manchester United so inconsistent, it is very difficult to know what to expect every time they play.
“For City it has been much more stable, after a shaky start. They probably have the most possession here, which curiously could suit United.
“Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team is much more prepared to play against it, but with City in a much better place now, I think this will end with a victory for the blue half of Manchester.”
Betfair Ambassador Berbatov said: “OMG! Since the last game, if United play something like they did in the first half when they face City, I don’t see anything good for them in this one.
“If they correct themselves and don’t let in two goals and wake up to start playing, they should be fine.
“Solskjaer has an impressive record recently and has surpassed Pep. However, in this one, after the result of the week, I think it will be difficult.”
