Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti ruled out James Rodriguez from Saturday’s Premier League game against Chelsea at Goodison Park.

James out with calf injury picked up in Burnley draw
James, 29 years old, suffered a minor calf problem in last week’s 1-1 Premier League draw at Burnley and he has not trained this week.
Everton have lost their last two home games, against Leeds United and Manchester United, falling to ninth in the table after topping the standings in the early stages of 2020-21.
Ancelotti has not lost three consecutive league games at home as manager since 2006 with Milan, while March 2016 was the last time that happened to Everton.
