At the end of the highly anticipated elections on December 7, 2020, President Akufo-Addo was the winner with 6,730,413 representing 51.599% of the total votes cast.

Meanwhile, NDC Candidate John Dramani Mahama won with 213,694 votes against President Akufo-Addo 153,341 votes in the Bono East Region.
Bonus Region
At Bono Region, the CN obtained the maximum number of votes with a total of 292,604 votes cast in his favor while the NDC acquired 203,329 votes.
Central region
President Akufo-Addo swept 613,804 votes in the Central region, while John Dramani Mahama of NDC acquired 538,829 votes.
Eastern region
At Eastern region, President Akufo-Addo harvested 752,061 votes against John Mahama 470,999 votes.
Greater Accra region
John Dramani Mahama led the presidential race in the Greater Accra region with 1,326,487 votes while President Akufo-Addo obtained 1,253,179 votes in the Greater Accra region.
Northeast Region
122, 742 votes cast in President Akufo-AddoThe favor made him the winner of the presidential race in the Northeast Region against John Mahama who claimed 112,306 votes.
Northern region
In the Northern Region, the NDC triumphed over the nuclear power plant with 476,550 total votes cast against 409,963 votes.
Oti region

Also, in the Savanna region, the NDC crowded 144,244 of votes cast against President Akufo-Addo 80,605 votes.
Upper East
