Maame Yaa Konadu, mother of the late Bishop Bernard Nyarko, has denied claims that her actions contributed to the death of the Kumawood star.
The woman has been accused of preventing her fellow actors and actresses from supporting Bernard Nyarko when he was alive.
But responding to the allegations, a grieving mother revealed that her deceased son wished not to receive visits, including colleagues, because the disease was affecting him.
“Before his death he had lost considerable weight and was weak. He indicated that he should not allow anyone to visit him until he recovered and felt better. This was so because he did not want his colleagues to come and take pictures of him and publish on social networks, ”revealed Maame Yaa Konadu.
“It was my wish that my son would bury me and not the other way around. They accused me of being a witch because I hid it. There’s nowhere I’ve taken him just because I wanted him to get back to his feet. I leave everything to God because he knows it better. What will I kill and benefit my child? I gave birth to him and he grew to become a star and I was pleased, “she added.
