Ghana Election Commission Jean Mensa on the 2020 Election Results
The chairman of the Ghana Election Commission (EC), Jean Mensa, does not tell BBC Pidgin why we want to declare the results of the December 7 elections in 24 hours.
Madam Mensa told BBC Pidgin during an interview that the commission does not train its officers very well to adjust to delivering results within a certain time frame.
“We train our officers well, many people are afraid to say that we want to declare the result in 24 hours, they wonder how possible that is, because we did not do it before,” said Jean Mensa tok.
