Fidelity Bank opens new branch in Sampa

Fidelity Bank Ghana has opened a new full service branch in Sampa in the Bono region to provide comprehensive financial services to residents of the city and its surroundings.

Located approximately 200 meters from the Sampa Police Station, the new Fidelity Bank branch offers a full suite of banking products and services for retail and corporate banking clients, according to a bank statement, copied to the Ghana news agency. .

The branch, he said, has a trained and professional relationship team dedicated to meeting the banking needs of the Sampa people.

The branch opening brings the number of Fidelity Bank branches nationwide to 75, reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to working together with all of its customer segments to meet the banking needs of its diverse customer base.

Commenting on the new branch, Nana Esi Idun-Arkhurst, Divisional Director, Retail Banking at Fidelity Bank Ghana, according to the statement, said: “We opened this branch to get closer to the people and businesses in Sampa and provide a better customer experience our numerous clients.

“As our customer base expands, we are also committed to providing convenient services in a friendly environment at all of our locations.”

While reminding clients that the new branch was part of the Bank’s strategy to extend its reach and offer seamless banking services across the country, the Divisional Director of Retail Banking encouraged clients to utilize the innovative portfolio of digital products from Fidelity.

They include ‘Kukua’, Fidelity’s WhatsApp banking assistant; the Fidelity mobile app; Fidelity Online Banking; and USSD from Fidelity.
