Professor Jane Naana urges young people to vote for NDC

Young people from the Greater Accra region gathered as a group on Friday to meet with the vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang.

Professor Naana, as part of her interactions with formal and informal sector unions, the teacher met with young people from various sectors of the economy to explain the party’s commitment to improving their economic lives through sustainable jobs.

She said that the people’s manifesto was derived from the mindset of people who represent the needs of the people of Ghana.

He said that the NDC is for all people regardless of gender, tribe, profession or status in society. “NDC is for everyone in the regions of this country, no matter where you come from, so NDC is for everyone.”

The vice presidential candidate reiterated the NDC’s position to implement policies that ensure sustainable jobs for youth.

As part of the policies, he said that the NDC will employ 1 million youth in its four-year period, improve technical and vocational training by training free applicants in all technical and vocational areas.

The training will include a monthly allowance to beneficiaries and business start-ups upon successful completion.

Additionally, the John and Jane NDC government is committed to legalizing the okada business.

“The NDC manifesto is an equal opportunity distribution for all because it involves broader consultation with Ghanaians, so whatever business one is involved in, policies address the needs of every Ghanaian, that’s why it’s called the people’s manifesto. ”

In her pledge, Professor Naana admonished young people to vote for John Dramani Mahama and the NDC to continue all abandoned healthcare facilities across the country to ensure access and affordable healthcare for all.

“The NDC will implement free primary health care to benefit all Ghanaians, especially women. So when you attend any CHPS complex, health facilities, clinics and polyclinics and hospitals in all districts, you will pay nothing Pregnant women will have access to medical care earlier. Care from birth to delivery, “he said.

Referring to mining, the professor said the NDC in consultation will expedite the illegal mining activities popularly known as ‘galamsey’.
