Arsenal really lacks creativity.
Mikel Arteta’s team has struggled this season and is currently 12th in the Premier League table.

It’s no wonder, then, that Arteta is already looking to the January transfer window to strengthen his squad and inject some inventiveness into his starting eleven.
Sport Witness has a report from Central Defense in Spain that states that Arteta has asked Arsenal to sign Isco from Real Madrid.
The deal would be a loan with an obligation to buy and the Spaniard believes that his compatriot would be the ideal signing for the Gunners.
The Real are said to be cold on the deal at the moment as they would rather sell it in the summer to deposit some cash and bolster their team with the profits.
Isco has fallen out of favor with manager Zinedine Zidane and has only made three starts this season.
He is valued at € 20 million (£ 17.9 million) by Transfermarkt, but Arsenal may have something of a trump card; They have brought Dani Ceballos on loan from the Real and he has had many minutes in his passage through North London.

This is a really intriguing option for Arsenal, especially given Mesut Ozil’s banishment.

Isco is just that. He has the pots to prove it, he has won the Champions League no less than four times, and would make the Gunners’ starting eleven.
One can imagine that he would be interested in moving as he would instantly become a star in North London.
The test is whether the Gunners can come to terms with Real; Arteta will surely be hoping it can be done.
