Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has told the club’s official website that Mohamed Salah will be able to return to training very soon.
Salah missed Liverpool’s game against Leicester City but has now recovered from illness.
And Klopp says Salah should be back in time to train with his Liverpool teammates ahead of his team’s game against Atalanta on Wednesday night.
“Tomorrow we have the UEFA Champions League tryouts and I’m pretty sure he’ll be on it,” Klopp said.
“Now you can train with us tomorrow, that’s all. They will have two tests in the next two days, so yes, they will do it like all of us ”.
Salah’s return to Liverpool will be a huge boost as they don’t have as many key players at the moment.
The Reds didn’t miss the Egyptian much last night as they stormed a 3-0 win over Leicester City.
Liverpool still looked like a great attacking threat, which shows the depth of quality they now have in their squad.
But with Salah back, they should be even more dangerous in the coming weeks.
Liverpool’s next home game is Saturday against Brighton & Hove Albion.
