Mr Kwasi Ameyaw-Cheremeh, Member of Parliament for the Sunyani East constituency on Friday, asked Nation Builders Corps (NaBcO) recipients to show their appreciation by voting for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on December 7, presidential and parliamentary elections.

He asked them to also sell the government’s achievements and social intervention policies to the voting masses in their respective communities.

When interacting with NaBCo beneficiaries at a forum held in Sunyani, Mr. Ameyaw-Cheremeh emphasized that the program had helped alleviate the difficult situation and improve beneficiaries’ socio-economic livelihoods, hence the need for them to appreciate by voting. and also ensuring that President Akufo-Addo won the elections.

He advised beneficiaries to also make good use of the opportunity the government had created for them, saying that with hard work and discipline they could easily find employment in the formal sector.

Mr. Ameyaw-Cheremeh told more than 800 program beneficiaries who attended the forum that their output and attitude towards work would determine whether or not they could acquire permanent jobs in the formal sector.

NaBCo Sunyani Municipal Coordinator Mr. Seth Cudjoe explained that the forum was organized to teach and guide beneficiaries to use the permanent job portal created by the national program secretariat.

He noted that the government was determined to provide permanent employment to the beneficiaries and asked them to join the election campaign and vote counting for President Akufo-Addo to win the December 7 elections.

This will pave the way for President Akufo-Addo to form the next government and provide job opportunities for the many unemployed graduates, he added.
