USMNT international Giovanni Reyna has signed a new long-term contract with Bundesliga Borussia Dortmund until 2025.
The 18-year-old forward made his USMNT debut last Thursday against Wales and is considered one of the most promising talents in the Bundesliga.

Sources told ESPN that there was interest in Reyna from the Premier League and La Liga, but that she was solely focused on continuing her career with Dortmund.

Reyna signed an initial three-year contract when she agreed to join Dortmund from MLS’s New York City in November 2018. She arrived at BVB in July 2019 and debuted in February 2020.
He has always been around this season, making 12 appearances for Dortmund, scoring two goals and contributing five assists.
“Right now, I’m very, very happy here, and that’s all that counts,” Reyna said in September.

Reyna is part of Borussia’s group of highly skilled young attackers alongside Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland.
Dortmund is also set to hand teenage center forward Youssoufa Moukoko in first-team action after he celebrates his 16th birthday on November 20.
Reyna’s debut for the USMNT was due to occur earlier this year, but the match schedule was cut short due to COVID-19. Reyna has now followed in Father Claudio’s footsteps by playing for the USMNT.
