The Executive Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) Justin Kodua has donated 20,000 GHC for the discharge of 43 patients at Agogo Hospital in the Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti region.

Mr. Kondua also donated food, disinfectants, and sanitary supplies to the hospital.

Reports say the YEA chief has been conducting the charity exercise in the constituency since 2017.

Patricia Appiagyei, Member of Parliament for the area, praised Mr. Kodua for his commitment and support to the residents of the Asokwa constituency.

He urged voters to retain President Akufo-Addo in the December elections to continue the “good works he has begun.”

One of the discharged patients, Comfort Aikins, expressed his gratitude to Mr. Kodua, who is also a lawyer, for his kind gesture.

Upon receiving the donation on behalf of the hospital, Dr. Kwame Boadu expressed his deep gratitude to the CEO of YEA. He said the items and the cash donation will help reduce stress at the hospital. Dr. Boadu also congratulated the government on the timely disbursement of NHIS FUNDS.
