Gathering Cards in 2021: Dragon’s Cage and Dragon Magic


On Tuesday, the Coastal Wizards unveiled a roadmap for 2021 Magical: Collected In a live presentation on YouTube. In it, the company unveiled new details Zendikar Rising Fixed outstanding this month. Plus, the Wizards announced a crossover for ages – the first set Magic Cards based on dungeons and dragons’ forgotten lands. In the past, wizards have put in time and treasure to create Magic– Themed content for D and D. That effort began in 2016 with Zendiker’s Airplane, when the publisher released a free-to-download sourcebook for the popular RPG. Since then, the Wizards have made many more settings available, including fully produced, free D&D source books. Plane shift: Einstrad, Plane shift: Amonfat, Plane shift: Kaladesh, And Plane shift: Exaltation. An adventure is also available for download, X marks the spot, Set in Ixalan that you can get for free. The effort recently ended with two full-value physical and digital resource books – Guildmaster’s Guide to Ravinika And The Mythical Odyssey of Theros.

Adventures in the Forgotten Realm This is the first time that the crossover has gone in the other direction. Expect to learn more about how the set will work mechanically in early 2021. Now we know it’s nothing more than just a stunt. Product architect Mark Hedges said it would be a “complete, black-forked, standard-legal set” of cards.

Next set Magic Cards, Zendikar Rising, Online online on September 17 and Sept. 25. Will be at stores. The stream includes highlights of new cards and returning mechanics. It also put out a calendar for next year, including the following new sets:

  • Caldime,Magic‘Viking World,’ comes the winter of 2021.
  • Strikeshaven, “TIt is the most elite university of Multiverse, ”Spring 2021 is coming.
  • Adventures in the Forgotten Realm Landing in the summer.
  • Two unplanned sets featuring werewolves and vampires are on the way. Both are based in Einstein’s Gothic Horror World, and both will arrive in the fall of 2021.
  • Time spiral rearranged“The fan-favorite block will have fun again,” Wizards said.
  • Modern Horizon 2 Described as a “follow-up to the popular modern horizon set”.
