Four Tampa area hospitals with maximum ICU capacity


Four hospitals in the Tampa area were at full capacity in the Intensive Care Unit over the weekend, as the number of coronavirus cases in Florida continued to rise.

Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St. Petersburg General Hospital, Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater and AdventHealth North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs had no ICU beds available on Saturday, the Tampa Bay Times reported, citing data collected by the Agency for the Health Care Administration.

Other hospitals were approaching capacity.
