ORIGINAL: Fortnite developer Epic Games will skip update 13.10 and go directly to patch 13.20.

Update 13.20 received a release date of June 30 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch.

Like most major updates, the new patch will be accompanied by offline server downtime on all platforms.

Server maintenance will begin at 7 a.m. M. BST in the UK, and should last around two hours.

With offline servers, fans will be able to download update 13.20, which is expected to make major changes to the game.

The news was announced by Epic Games on Twitter: “We are adding new glitters to the game. V13.20 arrives on Tuesday, June 30 (Yes, we increased the numbers!) Downtime will start at 2 AM ET (06: 00 UTC)) “.

As the tweet suggests, Epic Games is preparing to add Flare Gun to Fortnite as part of the new update.

Based on the first patch notes, fans can also expect a wide range of bug fixes and quality of life improvements for Season 3.

There is also a very good chance that the water on the island will start to recede as Epic Games makes changes to the map.

Changes to the map were promised at the start of the season, along with new modes of transportation.

“As time goes by and the water recedes, even more places will be discovered,” Epic reveals. “And as the roads open up more, you will discover new ways to get around.”

The attached image suggests that the cars will be added to Fortnite in a future update, perhaps as soon as version 13.20.

New locations are a little harder to predict, but the belief is that new POIs will be joined by returning favorites.

As for the 13.20 update patch notes, Epic has promised to fix issues with emoticons, sets, and supplies.
