Fortnight developer Epic Games has announced the upcoming Operation Snowdown Challenge for the Christmas event.
By replacing the traditional Winterfest event, Operation Snowdown offers daily rewards that can be earned by completing festive challenges.
Completing the challenges will earn players everything from new skins and backbiting penis to harvesting equipment, loading screens and sprays. Every day a new challenge is unveiled.
Take the island by storm from December 18 to January 5, complete Snowmondo’s quests for free outfits and more, fly planes out of chili skies, play fan-favorite LTM and enjoy the snowy scenery, “the official description reads.
You can unlock snowmondo outfits by completing nine different challenges, while Frost Squad outfits become available after you complete 12 tasks.
Available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, Android and Nintendo Switch, the latest challenge unlocks Snowmondo Spray.
To unlock the spray, players will need to dance on five different holiday trees on the map – fortunately, not in the same game!
The challenge is easy to overcome if you know what to look for. As you can see from the map below, trees are located on all the main points in Fortnite.
The first tree (not important in terms of order) can be found in Holy Hedges. Remember to dance in front of a tree when you find it.
The second tree is located in the Celtic Towers, followed by the third tree in Pleasant Park. You can probably dance against this holiday tree in the same match.
The orchard has a fourth tree, while a fifth tree can be found all the way east in Dirty Docks.
Craigie Cliffs also has a sixth tree, only if you land in the wrong place.
