That’s how much Carson Wentz asks for his NJ home, which he no longer needs to thank for last month’s trade in the Indianapolis Colts.

An updated compilation of real estate listings shows that Woodtown, owned by NJ Property C323 LLC for sale. NJ Advance Media searched public records and confirmed that Wentz’s name is in a filing corporation in the state.

The home was purchased by C323 LLC in June 2016 for 9 950,000, according to real estate sources. It’s been three months since the Philadelphia Eagles selected Wentz with a total of 2 picks in the 2016 NFL Draft.

So what does $ 1.7 million in Salem County buy you? According to the list, the gated private property has five bedrooms, four and a half baths and a garage for three cars. The 7,400-square-foot home was built in 1995 and sits on an acre of land.
