First Call: Steelers – ‘MNF’ Ratings Tank. Oj Simpson defends Sacon Barkley. Terry Bradshaw’s new TV show.

Steelers. Plus, the New York audience. The “Monday Night Football! L” ratings should be shocked to open that season!

Guess again, ESPN.

That’s how we start Thursday’s “First Call.” We also look at how OJ Simpson is supporting Swankan Barclays. And we preview Terry Bradshaw’s new television show.

Where is the remote?

Many Steelers fans liked what they saw on “Monday Night Football.” Unfortunately, not many people were watching it.

The ratings of “Monday Night Football .L” dropped sharply from last year. ‘MNF.’ The Steelers’ 26-16 win over the New York Giants in last year’s 7 p.m. game drew 10.8 million spectators. The 2019 contest featured the New Orleans Saints and the Houston Texans.

The opening game of the opening week between the Tennessee Titans and the Denver Broncos fell 27% (7.7 million spectators) from last year’s game between the Raiders and the Denver Broncos.

The numbers are worse than they appear, especially when you consider a few other factors.

Year’s Earlier this year the game featured the New York City team and the Steelers – a huge national following team.

Cor Coronavirus has banned 82,000 New Yorkers from MetLife Stadium, given the ban. Not to mention the bar and rest restaurants rent that weren’t open to host big viewing parties for the game.

The so-called “out of the house” viewers are now responsible for the first time rating process.

All of these factors are baked into the equation, making things seem even worse from a national perspective.

In Pittsburgh, inequality was not so bad. Based on the numbers obtained from many WTAE sources – who have game rights – the numbers were mixed.

The numbers are from Monday night, November 30, 2019, against the “MNF” game between the Steelers and the Cincinnati Bengals in New Jersey.

2020 overall household rating drops from 29.0 to 25.9. But the “25-54 persons” demographic ratings have risen from 15.9 to 18.3. The male 25-54 rating went from 17.5 to 20.1.

No fans in the stands think the broadcast is fake? Yes. I contribute to the bet robbery.

Have we given up the habit of watching sports following the coronavirus closure? Reorganized priorities? Too much social justice programming? Cord cutting? Young unrest in sports? Parents who pass away early after doing home school all day?

That is probably the truth of it all.

Terry on TV

Speaking of Steelers on TV, Terry Bradshaw’s new reality show premiered Thursday night at 9 p.m.

It’s called “The Bradshaw Bunch”. And that’s exactly what you expect.

Dingy Bradshaw burns around his ranch in Oklahoma, while his three-camera mera-friendly daughters get you into their first world problems.

They are golden Kardashians with horses. Probably ..

Mind candy fun. And try to remember while looking, this is the same person.

Supports comfort

During that Monday night’s game, the Steelers left the Giants star six yards behind on a 15-yard touchdown run.

The Penn State product received some criticism for its various stats and other areas of its game on various game platforms.

One Barb that is buzzing in New York was that of former Giants star RB Tiki Barber.

Guess Barclay has come to take charge of the defense. Hall of Fame fame is back and well known …… Actor OJ Simpson.

“He has no chance,” Simpson said. In a Twitter video. “I, Walter Payton, Barry Sanders. None of us could get a yard! ”

Simpson accused the Giants of failing to attack the Stelters defensive front with a seat-forward, power blocking king.

“(The Giants coach) needs to give Sekon a fullback. “They need to start running on that line,” Simpson said. “Double-team blocks. Stop with this fancy scheme crap. And start killing people. ”

Well, the Steelers defense would be so good that it doesn’t matter. But, in theory, Simpson makes a decent point.

Nice to say, Juice. I agree … (clears throat). I agrrrr… I’ll try again.

OJ, you are a RRI.

I can’t say that. Let’s move on.

Someone help him

Former New York Jets wide receiver Robbie Anderson signed with the Carolina Panthers not this off fee ason.

During Game 1 of NFL Season, he caught one of his teammates on a live mic asking about the “Sir Flood,” dancing Carolina Panthers mascot.

“What does that bear do?” He asked.

Bear? Does Anderson think he plays in Chicago? Bear ?!

Dude … you play for the Panthers! This guy is wearing Black Panther Price કિંમત

Never mind.

Conference expansion?

On Wednesday, the Associated Press was eager to announce that Big Ten College will resume the College Ledge’s football schedule in October.

So curious, that when the APA tweeted his story, he attached a photo of Louisiana State winning last year’s National Championship Trophy.

As you know, LSU plays in SEC.

If the Big Ten joins the LSU, it could be something bigger than a conference starting in the fall.
