The last month of the year has arrived in Animal Crossing New Horizons, with many fish and critters arriving in the different hemispheres.
Nintendo Switch players can also start preparing for Toy Day, which is scheduled to launch until December 24.
However, as of December 1, ACNH’s new seasonal items are available at Nook Stop.
And between December 26 and December 31, there will also be various festive elements to mark New Years Eve.
The toys are now available to buy at Nook’s Cranny, and things end with a special visitor on December 24.
A message from Nintendo explains: “It is the time of year when the residents of the island rejoice… The month of Toy Day is near!
“You may notice that your island and plaza gradually become more festive with Christmas-themed decorations over the next few weeks. Also keep an eye out for decorated trees. Shaking them can drop ornaments that will allow you to craft Christmas furniture recipes. From December 1 to December 25, you can shop for toys at Nook’s Cranny and find Christmas-themed clothing at the Able Sisters store.
“When it’s officially Toy Day on December 24, Jingle will pay a special visit to their island to spread the holiday cheer. If you help him deliver gifts, you will also receive a gift. “
This week will also see a change in the fish and insects that can be found in Animal Crossing New Horizons.
These are split between the two different hemispheres and luckily for us, it’s pretty easy to keep track of what’s available now.
